I have reviewed all the information presented to me about NGHEA and I understand and am agreeing to the policies and procedures there in, including the 'No Refund' policy for tuitions and all other fees.
I understand participation is vital to my student’s success and will strive to work hard and complete assignments on time.
I will do my best to create an environment of unity and demonstrate respect for both my peers and those in authority over me. I desire to be nurturing and edifying.
“Let no unwholesome word proceed from your mouth, but only such a word as is good for edification according to the need of the moment, that it may give grace to those who hear. And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you along with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.” Eph. 4:29-32
I will remain positive and encouraging. If an issue arises, I will follow the path of reconciliation as directed in the scriptures in Matthew 18, keeping short accounts to bring about a quick resolution. I will seek understanding before jumping to conclusions or assuming anything. I will phone those involved immediately and not wait as many situations that are left unchecked can fester and create a larger issue than necessary.
We will work together to meet the expectations of assignments as well as behavior that reflects godly character. We understand that we are expected to behave in a manner that is both respectful and responsive, honoring Christ by esteeming each other and respecting the property of NGHEA and Cool Springs Baptist Church. Restitution will be expected if anything is damaged.
I will help minimize distractions and damage of personal items such as electronic devices (ie. Cell phones, i-pods, handheld games and devices of any kind) by requiring students refrain from bringing such items into class. If I do bring an item to class, I understand it may be taken by the staff if it becomes a distraction to others and it will be returned at the end of the day.
NGHEA phone policy. Absolutely NO TEXTING allowed during class. We want students to be engaged in class, not distracted. We require all phones to be in the OFF position. Phones will be taken from student and returned at the end of their school day if this policy is not heeded.
I will honor the preciousness of others and refrain from bringing a student that is sick or has had a fever with in 24 hours of class. I understand the spread of infection could have a devastating effect on the class.
I have carefully read and am in agreement with the statements and policies listed herein.
